Roxy Garcia
Credit Union West

With over 20 years in financial services, I built my career as a financial advisor, guiding educators through retirement planning. That experience sparked a deep passion for financial literacy and inspired me to expand my impact through community engagement.

In my current role as Community Impact Specialist at Credit Union West, I’m able to bring that passion to life through partnerships with Glendale Elementary School District, GESD System of Care, Pendergast Elementary School District, ACEE, YWCA, YMCA, and JAG—delivering financial education directly to the community.

As a proud Texan and new Arizonan, I bring Southern hospitality and a deep love for community to my new home in Surprise. My natural ability to connect with others and build meaningful relationships has broadened my reach in ways I never expected.

I lead with heart, and my signature goodbye—“See you in the community!”—is more than just a farewell. It’s a reflection of my commitment to show up, connect, and make a difference where it matters most.
