Sophia Carrillo serves as the West Valley Community Engagement Coordinator for First Things First, Arizona’s early childhood agency. With a strong background in grassroots organizing, public policy, and education, she has spent years uniting elected officials, community leaders, and workforce partners to drive policy solutions that strengthen families and the economy. As a mother of two school-aged children, Sophia brings both professional insight and personal passion to her work in building stronger communities across the West Valley and Arizona.
