Surprise Area Interfaith & Golden Rule Community Breakfast

You're invited to attend the annual Surprise Area Interfaith & Golden Rule Breakfast! This community gathering welcomes all and serves as a celebration of the “Golden Rule,” promoting its values in our daily lives, our organizations, and throughout the broader Surprise community and region.

Since 2017, Surprise has proudly held the designation as a Golden Rule Community by the Arizona Interfaith Movement. Events such as this foster collaboration and dialogue between faith-based and non-profit leaders and are vital to strengthening our community, building resiliency and supporting all people.

The 3rd annual Surprise Community Legend Awards winners will be announced at the event! The award program celebrates the actions of individuals and groups making a difference in Surprise. The Surprise Veterans, Disability & Human Services Commission will honor the winners in the categories of Individual Legend, Outstanding Youth, Volunteer of the Year and Organization of the Year.

This year’s breakfast will be located at the Dysart Schools District Office in the Governing Board Room at 15802 N. Parkview Place. The celebration starts at 8:00 a.m. with breakfast and networking, followed by a program at 8:30 a.m.
