What to do if you think you have a profile but can't log in

1. Try Resetting Your Password
Go to the Log In page.
Click on “Forgot Password?”
Enter the email address you think is associated with your profile.
Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
🛑 Important: If you never verified your account after sign-up, the password reset won’t work. See below.
2. Check If You Verified Your Account
After your initial sign-up, you should have received a verification email.
If you didn’t click the link in that email, your account is still inactive and you won’t be able to log in.
3. Search Your Email for a Verification Message
Look for a subject line like: “You have been invited to West Valley Regional Chamber”
Check your:
Inbox
Spam or junk folder
Promotions tab (for Gmail users)
4. Still Can’t Get In?
If you're unsure whether your profile was created or something doesn’t seem right, contact support and let us know:
Your full name
The email address you used during registration
Approximate date of registration
We’ll help you confirm whether an account exists and guide you through next steps.
✅ Tip: If you’ve recently completed membership registration and payment, be sure to check your inbox for the account setup email and follow that link to complete your profile. You won’t be able to log in until your account is verified.
